Kajima Europe Design & Construction Poland Branch (Kajima Poland) has successfully realised a great many construction, design & building projects all over the country since being established in 2002. Our projects are as diverse as they are numerous. We have constructed industrial buildings, logistics centres, office blocks, apartment complexes and commercial centres. We have been working together with a number of local and international Clients and have built up a strong and committed team of experienced engineers and designers within our own organisation.

We provide the following services: 

Construction

We offer a complete range of construction services for all industries together with all the necessary detailed designs and approvals (including occupancy permits. We are flexible and work under most types of procurement contract including design and build, traditional general contracting, and cost--plus--fee.

Pre-construction Services

We offer a range of services at the earliest phase of the project including:

  • finding and technically evaluating suitable sites, and negotiating with landowners (e.g. special economic zones)
  • preparing conceptual plans
  • budgeting
  • planning
  • risk assessment
  • value engineering
  • design development
  • acquiring permits
  • co-ordinating the entire project team.

We deliver complete design & build or turnkey projects by combining these tasks


We additionally provide:

  • project management (i.e. the complete co-ordination and management of the project team on behalf of the Client)
  • design (including master planning, concept design, construction design and detailed design)
  • technical consultancy and advisory services related to real estate development and construction
